The 12th International Lion Dance Championship 2025 – MGM Cup
The “12th MGM International Lion Dance Championship 2025–MGM Cup” gathered 21 elite lion dance troupes from 13 countries and regions, who competed fiercely for the championship titles, with the Foshan Nanhai Huangfeihong Zhonglian Cable Lion Dragon & Martial Art Association - Chinese Dragon & Lion Dance Sports Association emerging victorious and claiming the coveted championship. The spirit extended into the community, with lion dance troupes from Mainland, Japan, and Korea performing a flash mob in the Three Lamps District, interacting closely with the public in a joyous atmosphere.
2025 MGM Macau Tennis Masters
The 2025 MGM Macau Tennis Masters featured thrilling matches led by two legendary women’s tennis icons, Li Na and Conchita Martínez. MGM also hosted the “Four Stars, One Court” sharing session, bringing together Li Na, Martínez, and Filipino rising star Alexandra Eala for a first-ever cross-generational dialogue. Beyond the court, the players engaged with the local community by visiting the Grand Prix Museum, exploring local districts, and participating in a tennis clinic to interact with young local players.
hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Sports Wellfest 2025
Co-organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and MGM, the “hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Sports Wellfest 2025” was a two-day marathon-style outdoor extravaganza. The event brought together over 30 renowned fitness and yoga instructors from Asia and nearly 60 bands, musicians and artists from both local and international, offering a spectacular array of sports classes and music performances. The festival attracted approximately 27,000 participants, including residents and tourists.

POLY MGM MUSEUM Welcomes One Millionth Visitor
On November 20, POLY MGM MUSEUM celebrated the remarkable milestone by welcoming its one millionth visitor. To mark this momentous occasion, Kenneth Feng, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, presented the lucky visitor, Ms. Zhai Guoying from Guangxi, China, with an exclusive commemorative gift, a 100-gram pure gold “Ruyi” ornament, specially prepared by the Museum, symbolizing good fortune and the enduring legacy of cultural heritage. The atmosphere was vibrant as over 100 MGM team members gathered to witness and cheer for this joyful moment.
“MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025” Donates HKD $5 Million to Support the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Fire Victims
MGM and Chef Nic Holdings Limited jointly donated HKD $5 million in the name of the MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025. The funds will be directed toward providing emergency assistance to those affected by the fire at Hong Kong’s Tai Po Wang Fuk Court, to help residents rebuild their lives and restore a sense of normalcy.
Macau Space Dream Project
MGM, once again in partnership with the Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macau and the Chinese Society of Astronautics, successfully concluded the “MGM Youth Popular Science Series: Macau Space Dream Project” in October. Running since May, the program featured a diverse range of activities, including study tours, aerospace science training, role-playing science games, and artificial intelligence workshops.
MGM Donates to Support Tung Sin Tong and Walk for a Million
MGM Contributes to Tung Sin Tong’s Annual Charity Event for the 18th Consecutive Year This year, MGM has once again supported the Macau Tung Sin Tong Charitable Society’s annual fundraising campaign with a donation of MOP 700,000, which marks the 18th consecutive year of MGM’s support, bringing its cumulative contributions to MOP 9.3 million. In addition, this year MGM continues to show its support for Walk for a Million and donated MOP700,000 to Charity Fund from the Readers of Macao Daily News.
MGM Celebrates 15 Years of Fusing Art with Racing
This year marks the 15th anniversary of MGM’s pioneering initiative to integrate “Artistic Inclusion” with the Macau Grand Prix, a commitment that has transformed the racing stage into a platform for creativity and social harmony. Over the past fifteen years, MGM has continuously sponsored SK Support riders, who have raced on the Guia Circuit with helmets, racing suits, and motorcycles meticulously designed by artists with disabilities from Macau and overseas. Further amplifying this vision, MGM has collaborated with the Macau Grand Prix Museum to launch the “ART OF RACING” Helmet Model Artworks and Riders’ Collection Exhibition.
“Festival of Wishing Star” Christmas and New Year Festivities at Barra District
Organized by MGM and co-organized by the Macao Illustrators Association, the 12-day “Festival of Wishing Star” Christmas and New Year celebrations feature nearly 40 local brands and SMEs, offering a themed market, gourmet bites, coffee, popular local creative IPs, exhibitions, and interactive experiences. These efforts aim not only to connect the community, creativity, and everyday life with the Barra District, but also to transform this district into a lively winter destination throughout the event period.
MGM Promotes Responsible Gaming in Community
MGM collaborates with various organizations to promote responsible gaming, such as co-organizing the second edition of the Industry-Wide Responsible Gaming Ambassador Certificate Training Program with the Macau Federation of Trade Unions, as well as the Family Financial Budgeting Competition and Responsible Gaming Carnival. In addition, MGM joined hands with the Macao New Chinese Youth Association to launch the Responsible Gaming Carnival and Orienteering Race. These efforts aim to enhance public awareness of responsible gaming issues and support the development of a healthy and sustainable society.
Second Edition of “MGM x CityU Responsible Gaming Promotional Project”
In 2025, MGM once again partnered with City University of Macau (CityU) to launch the second edition of the “MGM x CityU Responsible Gaming Promotional Project”, featuring two key components: the “Responsible Gaming Campus Ambassador Program”, which focused on talent development and hands-on engagement, and the “Healthy Financial Management Promotional Design Competition”, designed to spark creativity and innovative communication.
MGM supports “The 18th Occupational Skills Competition and 2025 Talent Showcasing Competition”
MGM has supported the Macau Special Olympics to hold a professional skills competition for 16 consecutive years since 2010. “The 18th Occupational Skills Competition and 2024 Talent Showcasing Competition” was successfully concluded in 2025, in which MGM Golden Lion Volunteer Team once again was invited to participate in the "Inclusive Cake Decoration Competition" with members with intellectual disabilities, aiming to promote the concept of disability inclusion.
MGM and Fuhong jointly enhance mental health awareness
Since 2018, MGM and the Fuhong Society of Macau have jointly organized the annual “World Mental Health Day" series event. This year, both parties continued their seventh-year partnership with a series of activities. The organizers invited individuals in mental health recovery and the public to work hand in hand to create 300 traditional Macanese “orange cake”, carefully assembling them into a large-scale edible art piece. Besides, MGM’s culinary team collaborated with Fuhong to produce over 2,000 Macanese “orange cake”, which were distributed to local schools to raise mental health awareness on campuses.
The 2nd “MGM Cup: Greater Bay Area Secondary School History Knowledge Competition”
MGM once again sponsored the 2nd “MGM Cup: Greater Bay Area Secondary School History Knowledge Competition,” organized by the Macao Association for Historical Education. The event brought together 32 secondary schools and nearly 200 students and teachers. The day after the competition, MGM hosted a cultural study tour for the students, which included visits to Macau’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, museums, the POLY MGM Museum, as well as the Barra District.
MGM Promotes Social Inclusion
MGM co-organized the “Courtesy Without Boundaries, Access Without Barriers” – Training Activities, led by the Macao Government Tourism Office and Social Welfare Bureau, to foster an inclusive society. Since 2019, MGM Academy has partnered with MGTO to offer the free “Power in Our Hands – Barrier-Free Communication” sign language course, benefiting over 290,000 participants. The program has now been upgraded to the Greater Bay Area Sign Language Online Learning Program, aiming to raise awareness of accessible tourism and sign language culture among the public and tourism professionals across the Greater Bay Area.

MGM, together with the Macao Cultural Development Fund, proudly sponsored the 10th Little Models Fashion Show, organized by the Women’s General Association of Macau. The event brought together 32 young models aged 6 to 12, giving them a platform to express themselves and showcase their potential.
MGM Contributes to Caritas Charity Initiatives
MGM actively participated in the 56th Caritas Charity Bazaar and once again donated MOP 200,000 to Caritas Macau for charitable purposes.

POLY MGM MUSEUM Presents “The Vanishing Mogao Caves” Concert
Jointly presented by POLY MGM MUSEUM and the internationally renowned composer and conductor Tan Dun, the “The Vanishing Mogao Caves” Concert presented two performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Conceptualized as a “Living Museum,” the concert was conducted by Tan Dun himself, featuring the Dunhuang Academy Ancient Music Consort performing a series of Tang Dynasty compositions. Complementing POLY MGM MUSEUM’s “Silk Roads Beyond Borders” exhibition, the event worked together to preserve and extend the spiritual essence of Chinese culture.
Fortune Brainstorm Design Conference
The Fortune Brainstorm Design conference, co-hosted for the third consecutive year by MGM and Fortune, was successfully concluded. Under the theme “Future Tense: Prototyping Tomorrow,” the forum brought more than 30 international speakers including world-class designers, innovators, and industry pioneers. Against a backdrop of profound global transformation in an age of AI and accelerating technological progress, discussions centered on how design thinking can guide the construction of new societal frameworks for the intelligent age.

MGM Shines with a Record-Breaking 10 Wins at the MORS Gold Pin Competition
At the 2025 Macao Occupational Skills Recognition System (MORS) Gold Pin Competition Award Presentation Ceremony, MGM achieved a record-breaking milestone by garnering 10 awards across seven competition categories, including Bartender, Chinese Chef (Cantonese Cuisine), Front Desk Agent, Room Attendant, Security Officer for Tourism and Gaming Industry, Waiter and Waitress (Chinese Restaurant Service), and Western Chef.
MGM Team Members attend “Global Tourism Economy Forum • Heilongjiang 2025”
Themed on “New Quality Productive Forces: Powering the Global Tourism Economy”, the 11th edition of the “Global Tourism Economy Forum • Heilongjiang 2025” (GTEF) was successfully held with the main venue in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and a sub venue in Macao. The forum gathered global leaders from government, business, and the cultural tourism sector. MGM actively participated in the event. In Harbin, Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of GTEF, delivered a keynote speech. Meanwhile, MGM organized its management team and members to join the forum’s “Macao Session – Macao Tourism Investment Promotion Session,” where the company shared its best practices in the cultural tourism field.
MGM Management Team Embarks on Technology and Cultural Tourism Study Trip in GBA
Led by Kenneth Feng, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, a 29-member management team from MGM embarked on a two-day technology and cultural tourism study trip in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The itinerary featured visits to Huawei, K11 ECOAST, DJI, Nanshan Museum, and Nantou Ancient Town, which aimed to deepen team members’ understanding of leading industries in the mainland, and reinforce MGM’s commitment to contributing to the diversified growth of Macao’s cultural tourism sector.
MGM celebrates 18th Anniversary
To celebrate MGM’s 18th anniversary, the Company hosted a series of exciting activities and a grand lucky draw. Highlights included a vibrant carnival at our back-of-house area featuring game booths and fabulous prizes; management members serving gourmet dishes at the Employee Dining Room, “Home Base”; and amazing live music performances by talented team members from various departments.
Golden Lion Team Members Honored In All-Round Dual-Career Award Program
MGM nominated 31 outstanding team members to participate in the “4th All-Round Dual Career Male and Female Award Program” organized by Macau Federation of Trade Unions and Macau Dual Career Women Association. In the end, 14 team members were recognized with Dual-Career Family Awards, making MGM the top-performing organization.
Safety First, Wellness Always
This year’s annual OHS (occupational health and safety) promotion campaign, co-hosted by MGM and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) of the Macao SAR Government, was themed “Safety First, Wellness Always”. The campaign featured a dynamic series of knowledge-based and interactive activities, including “OHS Flash Mob”, roadshows, quizzes, stretching games, fitness workouts, and seminars. These initiatives encouraged team members to maintain a positive mindset while remaining vigilant in the workplace.
MGM Employee Singing Contest
MGM hosted the “MGM Employee Singing Contest”, offering team members a platform to showcase their musical talents. The contest drew over 100 participants from diverse departments and 12 finalists advanced to the final round. In the end, Jeffrey Ip from Casino Marketing Administration, Anson Cheong from Design, Development & Property Operations, and Kimi Cheong from Food & Beverage claimed the Champion, First Runner-up, and Second Runner-up titles respectively.

MGM has been supporting the annual charity event – Walk for A Million as always. Over 1,000 team members and families including our Senior Executives supported this charitable cause and showcased our Golden Lion spirit.
MGM Participates in the “Chinese Cultural Knowledge Certification Program” for Three Consecutive Years
Since 2023, MGM has become the first enterprise in Macao to collaborate with the “Chinese Cultural Knowledge Certification Program.” With the support of the Education and Youth Development Bureau, MGM co-hosted the “MGM Patriotism Series – Chinese Cultural Knowledge Certification Learning Activities,” organizing dedicated learning sessions and certification exams for three consecutive years. Driven by MGM Academy’s active promotion, more than 350 team members have taken the exam over the past three years. This year, two MGM team members stood out and received Outstanding Awards in the Open Category.
MGM and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University Signed a Strategic Agreement
MGM signed a Health Management Service Cooperation Framework Agreement with the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Through this partnership, both parties will leverage their respective strengths in healthcare and hospitality to roll out a series of initiatives including health seminars, medical consultations, and cross-industry exchanges, offering MGM team members more accessible and professional health management services.

“2025 Hand in Hand with the Greater Bay Area, Building the Future Together” event
MGM and The Industry and Commerce Association of Macau jointly held the launch ceremony for the “2025 Hand in Hand with the Greater Bay Area, Building the Future Together” event and the Guangzhou-Macau Enterprise Heritage and Innovation Sharing Session. This year’s events were held in Macau and Guangzhou, featuring government policy updates and exchanges between time-honored brands from both regions.The series also included the “2025 Macau Premium Product Center” in Guangzhou, showcasing 29 Macau brands with over 250 products, and a study tour to help local SMEs enhance competitiveness.
MGM Hosts Business Matching Session
Co-organized by MGM and the Macao Chamber of Commerce, the “MGM SME Business Matching Session 2025” attracted 80 SMEs—over half of which were tech companies, highlighting the Company’s support of the Macao SAR Government’s policy to strengthen the tech sector. To boost Macau’s tech ecosystem, MGM inked a multimillion-dollar procurement agreement with Shiji (Macau) Co., Ltd., a certified potential tech enterprise under DSEDT’s “Technology Company Certification Program.”

MGM China Named to Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index Series for Fourth Consecutive Year
MGM China Holdings Limited has been included in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index (“HSSUSB”) for the fourth consecutive year. The Company has also been selected as a constituent of the Hang Seng ESG 50 Index, which recognizes the top 50 best-in-class Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performers among approximately 500 listed companies. MGM China earned an “A” rating in the latest sustainability assessment and remains the only integrated resort operator in Macau to be named to both indices.
MGM Achieves WELL Certification at the Platinum Level
MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI have proudly achieved the WELL Certification at the Platinum level, the highest level awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This accomplishment establishes MGM as the first integrated resort operator in China to implement the WELL at Scale program, achieving WELL Certification at the Platinum level along with two WELL Ratings—WELL Health-Safety Rating and the WELL Equity Rating.
