General Terms & Conditions

  • Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
    Participants must earned designated points and play the Online Lucky Wheel within the sign up day.
  • All prizes must be claimed at M life counter on the same business day in which the game finished (between 6:00am to 5:59am of the next day). To be eligible for the prizes, members are required to present their own membership cards and valid government issued identifications.
  • By joining this campaign, members acknowledge and agree to provide to MGM MACAU their personal information to be used for identification purposes only and to be kept as record for future promotions and activities.
  • The information of patrons/ GLC & M Life’s members collected by MGM MACAU may be processed through manual or automated means, and may be digitally stored on premise or with a third party service provider (the “cloud provider”). While stored, the information collected is kept strictly confidential and not made accessible to any third parties (including, if the case, the cloud provider). Security and confidentiality of the data is protected by systems and procedures no less protective than those followed by the industry standards.
  • All unclaimed prize will be forfeited after the validity period.
  • All prizes are taxes included.
  • Discount voucher prize is limited to use for bills of Mop 2,000 or under.
  • Discount voucher prize must be used on the same business day after issued and can be used once only. (Required to present Membership card)
  • Discount Offer cannot be used in conjunction with M life membership card discount offer, other promotional offers / any related discount of travel agency. Payments must be settled by cash or credit card.
  • For room reservation, winners may dial-in the number (853 8802-8802) to make reservation. Reservation must be made by 15 August 2017 and the last day of checking-in is 31 August 2017 by 19:00 or room will be forfeited. Room cannot be transferred, winner is required to provide ID number & membership ID for room reservation and check-in.
  • Reservation is limited to Sunday to Thursday and, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.
  • No changes or cancellations will be permitted after reservation.
  • Employees and/or relatives of MGM Resorts International, MGM China Holdings, MGM, MGM Grand Paradise Limited, their subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies or representatives thereof, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • MGM reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
  • Decision of MGM management shall be final.
  • In the event of dispute, all cases shall be governed by the law of Macau S.A.R and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Macau S.A.R.
    In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese language will prevail.

Grand Room Terms & Conditions
  • Winner is required to claim the grand room at M life counter in the same business day (6:00am to 5:59am) after the game finished
  • Winners may dial-in the number (853 8802-8802) to make reservation.
  • The last day of Check-in is 31 August 2017 and winner’s reservation must be made by 15 August 2017.
  • Room cannot be transferred, winner is required to provide ID number & membership ID for room reservation and check-in.
  • Limit to Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.
  • Members must check in by 19:00 or room will be forfeited.
  • No changes or cancellations will be permitted after reservation.
ABA Bar - Free Drink Voucher Terms & Conditions
  • Winner is required to claim the prize at M life counter in the same business day (6:00am to 5:59am) after the game finished.
  • ABA Bar - Free Drink Voucher must be used on the same day after issued.
  • Members are required to present membership card to redeem free drink at ABA Bar.
Pastry Bar - Free Dessert Voucher Terms & Conditions
  • Winner is required to claim the prize at M life counter in the same business day (6:00am to 5:59am) after the game finished.
  • Pastry Bar - Free Dessert Voucher must be used on the same day after issued.
  • Members are required to present membership to redeem free dessert at Pastry Bar.
Rossio - 15% discount Voucher Terms & Conditions
